TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms may be updated at any time,
major changes will be announced via social media.

1. GENERAL
• You need to specify your commission type (Headshot/ Half/ full body).
• Remember to provide references of the character you wish to commission (personality, color palettes, physical appearance. Same with the background)
• Don't forget to provide clear and complete requirements and expectations upfront, including reference materials like poses or assets before the work begins.
• If you agree to commission me, you warrant that the character design and reference material provided belongs to you or has been legally obtained and you are authorized to use it.
• I reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone or deny a commission for any reason.2. I CAN DRAW
• Fanart
• Furry / animals (limitations can be discussed)
• Oc
• Character interaction
• Nudity (ask)3. I CAN'T DRAW
• Anything political or offensive
• Mechas
• Drawing realistically or in another's art style
• Gore
• Bara
•Extreme fetishes4. PAYMENTS
• Prices are in USD, and paid via vgen or PayPal link / invoice.
• Commission work will begin only once full payment has been received.
• (About separated slot) If the customer does not pay in a period of 3 days, their slot will be deleted and given to the next person on the list.
• Invoices, proposal or payment link will be sent when the artist is ready to begin work. Client must not send money before these request for payment from the artist.
• Prices may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional requests.5. REVISIONS
• Two revisions allowed per progress stage (2 per sketch, 2 during flat color and shades. No revisions will take place during rendering.)
• Errors made by the artist (i.e. wrong eye color) do not count as revisions and are free of charge.
• Revisions may affect progress and timeline.6. TIMELINE AND PROCESS
• Timeline depends on commission type, complexity and workload.
• Work completion requires 2 weeks minimum, and may take up to 5 months depending on each project.
• I will notify commissioners of any further delay. Deadlines can be negotiated, but they may incur additional charge. In the event of a serious personal issue, I may choose to refund a commission.
• Artist provides progress updates and seeks client feedback voluntary.
• Final deliverables are provided using email.7. REFUNDS
• Refunds are not available for commissioned artwork once work has begun. However, I am willing to discuss any emergency situations.
If reason provided for backing out is deemed unjustified (i.e. impulse buy, unresponsive to messages) The refund will not proceed and I will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.
• No full refunds unless it's a order with no progress and the waiting time has exceeded the limit stated in the "TIMELINE AND PROCESS" section.8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
• Artwork are only for personal use, cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees, but may be reposted by the commissioner, but I must be visibly credited for the work.
• Reproduction for commercial use (merchandising), or for advertising, identity or logo is NOT permitted unless agreed in advance.
• I have the right to use any of my artwork, commissioned or otherwise, in my online publications, portfolios, examples etc. Please consult before commissioning if it is a gift or should not be posted publicly.9. COMMUNICATION
• Ongoing communication and discussion will occur throughout the project, including work in progress, idea generation and collaboration, situation updates, and more.
